Why Credtrade is a scam?
Credtrade has been listed on the FCA UK warning list.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) raised the alert against Credtrade after discovering that this broker might be offering financial services in the UK illegally: Credtrade is an unregulated broker with no information regarding its regulatory status, which is a clear sign that it is an unregistered broker as legitimate brokers typically display their credentials prominently.
We noted this broker’s website claimed to be based in Co Durham, United Kingdom. The Financial Conduct Authority is required by regulations and legislation to grant authorization to companies providing financial services or products in the United Kingdom. When we looked at the FCA’s registration, we were sad to see that this broker was on the FCA’s warning list as an illegal business.
The truth is that there are no regulatory bodies that oversee Credtrade. It is risky to allow this broker to hold or handle investors’ money, and there is no legal safeguard for that money. As a result, it is a fraud.
