Why EnclaveFX is a scam?
EnclaveFX was included in the UK FCA’s list of warnings.
The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) warned EnclaveFX because it was offering financial services in the UK without being allowed to.
EnclaveFX is an unlicensed forex broker whose offers seem too good to be true. It is not a trustworthy broker for traders.
EnclaveFX claims that EnclaveFX Limited, a company with registration number 13596354 at the United Kingdom’s Companies House (CH), is in charge of it.
Although CH is the United Kingdom’s registrar of businesses and does not legitimately have the authority to regulate any forex activity.
All businesses and people offering financial services in the UK are required by law to be licensed or registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). When we searched FCA, we only discovered that this company had previously received a warning for offering financial services without authorization.
The fact is that EnclaveFX is not under any regulatory authority. Funds held by investors with this broker are risky and not subject to legal protection. As a result, it is a fraud.
