Hyperfund recently changed its name to Hyperverse. They were receiving too many warnings from many different regulatory authorities. They have received warnings from Germany, the UK, India, New Zealand, Bermuda, and Guernsey. The promoters of this brokerage platform have been promoting fraud offers in the past.

The CEO of this company is Jayden Wei and the founder of the company is Ryan Xu, Ryan Xu claims their company to be decentralized finance with an open source technique where you can invest and use cryptocurrency in everyday life. They also claim their cryptocurrency (token) HDAO, also called Hyperdao. HyperPay, HyperFIN, HPX, HyperBC, HyperShow, and HyperMall, are some of the products/services as mentioned by HyperFund. The company is not registered, still is providing financial services in New Zealand.
